The reason for these changes are that these weapons are typically used to finish off enemies, but with how the health pool of robots work, this isn't really the case unless the robots are sub 150 hp. Thus robots being low increases the value of these weapons, and will synergize well with the increased damage done Demoman does to high health targets

- This is designed to have some use compared to the other unlocks, as well as being an anti-heal tool. Especially vs Mini-medic as this affects the overheal given as well. This weapon by having cloak offered very little compared to the other raw dps power the other unlocks provided.
